Sree Venkateshwara Polymers, Chennai has been using our Zen Invoice application since 1st Nov 2020

During one of our calls, Mr. Raaghavan, the CEO of SV Polymers, mentioned his requirement - Generate invoices using personal mobile devices while on the move and then print the hard copy at the factory automatically

The tricky part is to print the hard copy at a remote location, like factory or warehouse, without any manual intervention

We worked with him, understood his requirements, customised our Zen Invoice application. It was implemented in Nov 2020

He is happy with the solution as it is much easy and simple to generate invoices. Also, eliminated the geographical limitations imposed by the manual process

Before the implementation, during manual Invoicing, they struggled with calculation errors and manual mistakes. All the calculation and manual errors got eliminated with Zen Invoice implementation

Now, they can also generate GST Sales and GST Purchase report immediately after closing the month without any additional work

The good part is, to use Zen Invoice, only a mobile device is enough. No need to spare a computer for invoicing. This is a huge cost saving to the small and medium scale companies. The company need only a printer to print the invoice

We were part of the entire implementation process, right from identifying the requirements, selecting the correct printer to addressing minor enhancements.

Now the application is fully operational, we are working with SV Polymers to automate other areas of operations
